Jeff earned his real estate license and graduated from Central Missouri State University in 1992. He naturally followed in his father's footsteps by joining his firm after graduation in 1993. His primary expertise is in commercial real estate, and is experienced at working with properties such as retail, office, multi-family, and land.

Jeff earned his real estate license and graduated from Central Missouri State University in 1992. He naturally followed in his father's footsteps by joining his firm after graduation in 1993. His primary expertise is in brokerage, and is experienced at working with properties such as retail, office, multi-family, and land.

Jerry has been in the business since 1973.

He founded and established J.W. FRANKLIN CO. in 1977. After his education at Kansas City Kansas Junior College, he studied Grocery Business Management at Cornell. He specializes in real estate investments, 1031 exchanges, and real estate taxation. Additionally, he studied medical practices in the U.S. Army Kansas National Guard at Fort Sam Houston Medical School. Jerry is famously called “Mr. President” for the many professional and service organizations that he’s chaired and served as president. He has served internationally for Jaycees International and Rotary International. Both organizations have recognized Mr. Franklin as an Outstanding Executive.
